• We manage direct Polish and foreign investments – organization of meetings, visits to the grounds proposed for sale
• Execution of “start-up” tasks for potential foreign investors – incorporation of companies, appropriate preparation of their articles of association in compliance with requirements of the Polish law
• Execution of visualization designs, technical designs, building permit designs, detailed designs
• We will obtain the necessary documentation connected with the investment implementation – building permits, contracts with utility providers, offices and public administration authorities
• We can assume the role of a general contractor or a substitute investor  when implementing construction investments
• We carry out analyses of investment opportunities (grounds/facilities)
• We cooperate with local business institutions and real estate agencies
• We have great experience in the scope of obtaining public aid for investment projects implemented in economic zones
