In order to meet the expectations of our clients we have completed the offer of our activities with obtaining all documents necessary to conduct the  investment process.

We will also undertake the tasks executed in cooperation with local and central administration institutions, connected with obtaining:

• Land development conditions
• Building permits
• Trade-specific agreements
• Construction supervision

We execute these tasks in the scope of comprehensive investment services (as an element of the process), we can also take over a single stage selected by the client. A very important element of our cooperation with our clients is maintaining the dynamics of the process and meeting the time limits set for specific tasks in order to execute the procedures efficiently, enabling our clients to implement their plans. During these processes we provide advice concerning the best ways of solving problems provided by law in the scope of the company’s operation and the investment – i.e. in the field of the construction geodetic or power law.
